Dr. Erta Xhanari
Dr. Erta Xhanari graduated in 2011 with honors (110 e Lode) in Dentistry and Dental Prosthesis from the Our Lady of Good Counsel University in Tirana, Albania. She earned a PhD in Periodontology at the University of Tirana and completed a diploma in Oral Pathology at the Sapienza University of Rome. She also completed a one-year Implantology course under Prof. Marco Tallarico in Rome and a two-year Master’s in Orthodontics at the Our Lady of Good Counsel University and the University of Rome Tor Vergata under Prof. Paola Cozza.
Dr. Erta participates regularly in international courses and congresses to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. She is an active member of the European Association for Osseointegration, serves on the Implantology Committee of the British Academy of Restorative and Implant Dentistry, and is a Key Opinion Leader for Osstem Europe Implants. She also leads her own annual master course, training and mentoring fellow dentists in implantology.
Currently, she is a lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry at Aldent University and the author of more than 60 scientific publications and international presentations. Her treatment philosophy focuses on carefully listening to patients, performing thorough oral and overall health evaluations, and collaboratively selecting the best treatment options. She practices in both Albania and Italy, providing advanced, patient-centered care.

Dr. Doniano Xhanari
Dr. Doniano Xhanari graduated in 2016 with honors (110 e Lode) in Dentistry and Dental Prosthesis from the Our Lady of Good Counsel University in Tirana, Albania. He completed his postgraduate specialization in Orthodontics at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy, and advanced training at the University of L’Aquila and with internationally recognized experts, including Giovanni Biondi, Cesare Luzi, Birte Melsen, and Giorgio Fiorelli.
Dr. Doniano is certified in advanced orthodontic systems, including Invisalign clear aligners and the HarmonySystem, enabling highly aesthetic and nearly invisible orthodontic treatments. He is an active member of the Italian Society of Orthodontics and the Albanian Orthodontic Society, and regularly speaks at international orthodontic congresses.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Doniano lectures at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome and leads an annual orthodontic course, mentoring fellow dentists in modern orthodontic techniques. His treatment philosophy emphasizes careful diagnosis, individualized planning, and close collaboration with patients to achieve optimal functional and aesthetic results.

Dr. Nirvana Lumani earned her Master of Science in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the University of Medicine Tirana, Albania, in 2021. She is a dedicated dentist with clinical experience in periodontal therapy, restorative and conservative dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Nirvana is skilled in radiographic interpretation and provides comprehensive care for adult and pediatric patients, maintaining strict infection control and safety protocols. She actively participates in advanced training programs, including implantology and orthodontics, as well as international medical conferences.

Nurse and Dental Assistant
Fiorela Kamberllari is a qualified nurse and dental assistant at our clinic, holding a Nursing degree from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Nursing (2012). She supports restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures, including crowns, extractions, and dental implants.
Fiorela manages instrument preparation and sterilization, upholding strict hygiene protocols and ensuring a safe clinical environment. Known for her organizational skills, professional communication, and teamwork, she contributes to a comfortable experience for every patient. Fiorela can also communicate with patients in English and Italian.
